Quality is a vital component of ASC’s business and their relationship with clients and candidates.
The quality process begins with the training of ASCs own staff - on commencement ASC’s staff undertake a thorough induction process to include all aspects of employment legislation and recruitment methods.
ASC then ensure the candidates they provide are of the highest quality and offer a range of skills assessments and bespoke testing geared towards the clients needs.
Working in partnership with their clients, ASC will visit the business to meet with those involved in recruitment decisions, to take a detailed job brief which will include all the information necessary to select the most suitable candidates.
ASC’s quality processes enable clients to rest assured that all candidates presented for interview are right for the job. ASC believes their role is to assist clients with recruitment issues leaving them free to get on with the running of their businesses.
