Job Title - Inbound Customer Service Sales Advisor
Location - Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary - 14500 - 15,000 (OTE £18000)

The Role:
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for providing a professional telephone service to customers calling in. Your duties may include:
- Handling incoming calls from customers
- Assisting with queries received from customers
- Building a rapport with customers
- Identifying other products that could benefit the customer
- Cross selling and up selling other products and services available.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday (Earliest start of 8.45, latest finish 5.30)
The Successful Candidate:
Applicants must be experienced within inbound selling in a call centre environment. This is not a cold calling telesales role so the company are seeking applicants who are experienced in handling inbound calls, building a rapport with customers and recommending and cross-selling other products. Applicants will be subject to Maths and Literacy tests so GCSE Grades C or equivalent are required in Maths and English.
