The Company:

This highly successful company requires an enthusiastic Junior Schedulers to work in their busy Scheduling department . Specialists in the retail industry. They are the leading name in TV shopping and are looking for a Stock Scheduler to join our busy Scheduling Department.

The Role:

The Scheduling Team are responsible for creating Product Order Lists to assist our Producers in selling our range of beautiful products on satellite shopping TV.

You will be working with the Scheduling Manager to ensure that you create schedule which promote healthy stock rotation and management and well as achieving maximum sales.

This job is not for the faint-hearted. You will be working to strict deadlines, creating schedules from stock based on strict targets and you’ll need to be accustomed to working with tight deadlines and still produce outstanding schedules.

An interest in jewellery is essential as you’ll be creating schedules for themed hours, specials, and monitoring current jewellery trends.

Although full training will be given, all candidates for this role will have proven advanced Excel spreadsheet and spreadsheet manipulation skills as well as good experience in producing Powerpoint presentations and slides. You’ll need to be able to understand and work with our in-house systems quickly and essentially be the sort of person who enjoys working under pressure.

Education/Qualifications/Training Required:

Candidates educated to University Degree or A Level Business Studies would have a definite advantage as is a good standard of education and ability to communicate well at all levels, verbally as well as in writing.

The Successful Candidate:

You will be enthusiastic and willing to be flexible on your working week as the scheduling team work along side Live Production who operate 24/7, be able to work under pressure and be looking for a career with future prospects.
