By taking the role of Managing Agency, ASC provide all the benefits of having only one point of contact, with the additional support of other recruitment companies thus ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.

As Managing Agency, ASC will consult with the client to define the service level parameters for second tier suppliers. ASC will handle all negotiations with selected agencies in terms of fee structure, performance monitoring and the process of supply.

ASC will handle the whole recruitment cycle from the initial placing of the requirement through to CV and offer stage and provides the facility of single invoicing.

The concept of Managing Agency works equally as well within both the Temporary and Permanent markets.
