Contract/Temporary Recruitment

Your need for a Temporary or Contract Worker may be for one person to cover a day long assignment, to a whole team of people on an ongoing basis to run an ongoing project. Whichever the case, ASC’s Temporary and Contract Team has the necessary expertise to find the right person.

Prior to commencement of work, all candidates will be fully briefed as to the nature of your business, the job specification, what is required of them and provided with any equipment necessary to complete the task in hand.

All Temporary and Contract Workers will be issued with a Handbook to include location maps, details of transportation links, contact details, hours of work, ASC Temporary Worker guidance notes.

Once the candidate has commenced an assignment, ASC maintain continuous liaison with both the client and the candidate to ensure that the project is on schedule and there are no underlying issues.

This process has proven to be critical in the retention of Temporary and Contract labour.

To be able to offer a full consultancy service, both the needs of the candidates and the client have to be satisfied.
