When operating as Preferred/Sole Supplier or Managing Agency ASC will agree clearly defined service levels with a client.

In order to monitor these agreed performance indicators, ASC will provide a variety of tailor made reports. Additionally a breakdown can be provided into spend figures.

The type of information provided includes:

Vacancies/temporary assignments registered
CVs sent and interviews arranged
Timescales/turnaround times
Offers extended
Temporary/Permanent split
Spend per department
Standard hours/overtime hours
