Permanent Recruitment
The permanent recruitment cycle is extremely complex. In today’s competitive market place it is vital that a candidate’s interest is maintained throughout the process and ASC take an active role in this, providing a twofold to both candidates and clients.
The process will begin when one of our team of specialist consultants takes a detailed brief from the client covering duties and experience needed, advising on current salary trends and skills shortages.
From here an indepth search and selection process takes place whereby ASC’s consultants will access the inhouse database but also various specialist external sites.
The next phase is to discuss the client’s role and ascertain the candidate’s interest before a CV is sent. Once an interview is arranged, ASC will maintain contact with the candidate; ensuring salary expectations are realistic; handling post interview negotiations eg., offers and start date. ASC will ensure contact continues during the notice period phase when candidates are often offered by current employers.
The building of a good relationship between ASC and the candidate is vital in ensuring open communication during a time, when life changing decisions are made.
