Preferred Suppliership
Many clients prefer to work with a number of specifically selected recruitment agencies who meet various criteria such as service levels, area of specialisation, fee structures etc. The singular most important factor, however, will be the agencies’ ability to fill the roles the client has on offer.

ASC works as Preferred Supplier to a number of clients and offers a complete value for money option. In the main, these agreements have been set up because of the quality service offered by ASC together with a competitive price structure.

By working within a more formal framework, clients have the ability to measure ASC’s performance within clearly defined service level agreements.

Sole Suppliership

This is an extension of the service of preferred supplier but involves only one consultancy to work with.

ASC act as Sole Supplier to a number of companies offering a tailor made package depending on recruitment levels, niche areas etc.

When working as a Sole Supplier, ASC become an integral part of the client’s HR and Recruitment function. Ultimately, ASC is responsible for all aspects of a client’s permanent and temporary recruitment needs and will work to clearly defined and agreed Service Levels.
