A leading Birmingham employer are looking for a temporary Customer Service Specialist to work in their customer relations team in Birmingham City Centre.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist you role objective is to ensure the company achieve it`s regulated income targets by maintaining a number of projects and ensuring all income they are due is billed. Implementing appropriate controls to ensure the accuracy of the billing database.
Validation of existing billing details
Calculation of charges to be billed to customers
Interrogation and updating of billing system, including issuing bills to customers
Liaising written and verbal communication with customers.

The Successful Candidate:

Should have previous experience working in a customer service environment.
4 GCSE`s or equivalent grade c or above including Maths and English
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Computer Literate to a high standard
Attention to detail and quality focus
Works well in a team sharing knowledge
Can focus on delivery of targets
