Job Title - Customer Service Team Leader (7am-7pm 4 days on 4 days off)
Location - North Birmingham
Salary - £18500 rising to £20000 after successful 6 month probation

The Company:
A leading organisation and brand within their industry this company operate their National Customer Service Centre from Birmingham headquarters, working within modern facilities. There is an onsite bistro, kitchen facilities and plenty of free secure parking.
The Role:
Working within a customer service contact centre you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of customer service operators where your duties may include:
- Ensuring customer service operators are distributed across different teams to ensure all work areas have sufficient cover.
- Monitoring call statistics.
- Ensuring customer service operators are logged on as much as possible.
- Handling customer complaints received.
- Motivating customer service team members.
- Monitoring sickness, absence and time keeping levels.
- Providing coaching and identifying training requirements.
- Raising disciplinary matters
Hour of work are 7.00 am to 7.00 pm on a 4 days on 4 days off basis so your days of work will alter throughout the shift pattern. Flexibility with regards to working hours is therefore required.
The Successful Candidate:
Applicants must have previous experience of managing a team within a customer call centre environment. Strong leadership skills, confident professional communication skills and the ability to retain technical knowledge are all essential for this role.
