Our client who is the UK’s leading High Street Optical and Hearing Care Retailer with over 150 branches nationwide has a fantastic administration vacancy. The purpose of this role is to give administrative support to the optical & hearing divisions & Head office.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Handle all cancellations and general product related issues.
Ensure that every effort is made to prevent cancellations and reduce cancellation numbers.
Contact customers by telephone to discuss cancellation requests and ensure all available options are offered to try and retain their custom.
Liaise with branches, and external customers and suppliers.
Ensure all actions carried out are processed and followed through on the appropriate computer system.
Provide administrational back up within the department.
Handle all enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Gain and maintain knowledge of our competitor`s.
Support the Director and Professional Services Supervisor where necessary.
Any other duties as appropriate to the role.
