The Company
A well established, highly successful UK based company specialising within the construction industry are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator or Scheduler to join there team.
The Role
Working within a small team, the role of maintenance co-ordinator is to apply excellent customer service and administration skills to manage and monitor a team of engineers / operatives in relation to maintenance issues. You will be responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and prioritising maintenance works and bookings to the appropriate engineer / operative for the requirement. Monitoring progress through to completion with some administration work involved and seeing the job through to achieved result. Providing a really high standard of customer care and service and dealing with any customer queries immediately and effectively. This position is based in Bromsgrove, but is easily commutable from Redditch, Studley, Alcester, Stoke Prior, Evesham, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Hagley and all other surrounding areas within Birmingham and Worcestershire.
The Person
You will be a confident individual with excellent communication and organisation skills. You must be able to prioritise, problem solve, multi task and be assertive. You will need a high degree of computer literacy to include MS packages (autocad and project beneficial, but not necessary), a good telephone manner and previous experience within a similar customer service role. You will need to be able to work independently and in a team environment with a positive and flexible approach.
