The Company
A highly successful organisation specialising in the administration of mortgages and pension plans for the leading Investment Banks.
The Role
Working within the administration team, the role of mortgage administrator involves compiling and processing mortgage applications as well as dealing with the on line mortgage applications. You will advise clients on the mortgage process and keep them informed of progress and will also be required to liaise with clients and chase building societies and solicitors etc. This role is based in Barnt Green but is easily commutable from Redditch, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch and all surrounding areas.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and a professional but friendly disposition. The role of mortgage administrator will require you to demonstrate good organisation, IT and communication skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have a responsible approach to work. The ideal candidate would have previous experience within the mortgage process including applications.
