The Company:

Due to continued success and new product launch, three new opportunities have been created for experienced sales and marketing, business development or telesales professionals. The product is highly competitive and offers excellent benefits tocompanies seeking to enhance their legal and litigation processes.

The Role:

As a Telesales and Marketing Executive, you will apply a proactive telephone approach to the Finance departments of large companies, promoting the benefits of the product in a professional manner. You will be conducting direct marketing and sales activities, maintaining and developing sales opportunities in accordance with agreed business plans. The role will also involve on-line demonstration of the product using advance internet technology. You will respond to and follow up inbound sales calls from new and existing clients in addition to monitoring and reporting upon sales activities.

The Successful Candidate:

An over achiever, you will be seeking a role in which you can prove your aptitude for sales and enjoy the benefits of uncapped commission and bonus structure. The company are looking for sales professionals who are motivated by success and are looking to achieve a high, realistic OTE. You will be commercially aware, possess an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to apply your sales techniques to ensure you are speaking to decision makers and close a sale. Ideally, you will have sales, telesales, sales and marketing or business development experience within the following sectors: legal, financial, litigation, collections but creative, confident, successful sales professionals from other industry sectors will be considered.

Uncapped bonus structure paid monthly OTE £25K plus

This position is based in Redditch, Worcestershire but is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Birmingham, Solihull and other areas within the West Midlands and Warwickshire area.
