My client is a well established and respected company based in an idyllic location in Hagley which is easily commutable from Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Quinton, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas.

You will be hard working, have an excellent level of communication and have a good telephone manner. You will have previous experience within a customer focused role and will be looking for a role in which you can progress yourself.

You will be making outbound calls, following up on warm leads, to book appointments offering customers a one to one consultation with a distance learning specialist,

The offices are open 6 days a week from 8.30am-9pm and therefore you will be provided with an individual shift pattern covering a variety of hours.
