Are you an excellent communicator with a tenacious attitude?

My client is currently seeking a number of candidates for full and part time work within their busy debt collection department. We are currently seeking people to work evening and weekend shifts with working hours being Monday- Friday 1pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-3pm (5 days per week including weekend work). Part time work is also available Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm and some weekend work.

The successful candidates will start on £6.10ph and then go to £6.47ph after 6 months. For full time workers there will be a shift allowance available.

You will be working within a busy debt collection department dealing with inbound and outbound calls. Your main focus will be to obtain payment via the telephone or to arrange future payments. Due to the nature of the role you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A good telephone manner is essential and you will be able to build and maintain relationships.

Previous experience within collections is not essential, however you will have an excellent telephone manner and will ideally have worked within a customer focused role.

My client is an established and successful company based within the heart of Bromsgrove.
