Our client a leading supplier of high quality desserts into the major multiples has an exciting opportunity to join their engineering department and assist in the development of a new automated production facility before taking charge of a shift engineering team. This role offers a fantastic technical challenge in the short term with possibilities for managerial progression in the long term.

Role Description
With a new site being constructed at present you will see the build project from its commissioning stage to full production capability. When production starts in the summer you will manage and supervise an engineering shift of one electrical engineer and one mechanical engineer, with the aim of maximum uptime you will train and develop your staff as well as having a strong technical input to maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications
? Experience in Leading or Supervising a Maintenance Team
? Worked within Food Sector
? Strong Technical Skills : Fault Finding on PLC`s
? Engineering Qualification : HNC, Recognised Apprenticeship
? Strong Communication Skills and People Management Ability
