Fast Fit Manager
£35,000 -£37,000 plus car

We are currently recruiting for the following vacancy
The role will be centered on managing, driving and setting the strategy in key areas of the franchisees and Fleet Service Partners business. This will include :
1. Permanently analyze Fast-Fit market development and Fast-Fit related consumer buying behaviour trends and ensure proper transfer into market positioning within the Fast-Fit market
2. Lead Fast Fit related input into marketing activities to ensure best in class Fast Fit marketing
3. Set and drive franchise standards in the technical equipment area and all corresponding Fast-Fit related areas.
4. Directly manage all technical training aspects including the delivery of on-site training.
5. Provide Fast-Fit related content for the Online portal.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes. All the listed attributes are essential
Practical experience and thorough understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs and testing.
A proven record in the Fast Fit Industry
Previous experience in a field management role, preferably in the automotive franchised domain.
Proven experience in development and execution of a Fast Fit Strategy within the automotive franchised domain.
Experience in designing and delivering training courses in the area of Fast Fit
An understanding of retail EPOS systems.
