The Company:
With a global presence and a strong market leader, this leading manufacturer employ more than 4,000 people across the UK, Operating in various different industries they specialise in manufacturing of glass. They are now looking to recruit for their operation in the Birmingham area

The Role:
This position involves servicing and maintaining building services within the site. The role requires an experienced engineer, with a working background in service and maintenance of building services. Key responsibilities include maintaining

Air conditioning and refrigeration plant,
Compressors (HPC DSD 241 & CS121 rotary screw,Ingersoll Rand MU30,)
Boilers and steam system handling
Industrial space heating(Ambirad)

The role will also require participation in a call out rota

The Successful Candidate:
Successful candidates should have a similar background in building services and have some of the following Qualifications, However other candidates will be considered:-

Recognised apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical maintenance
City & Guilds or NVQ certificates in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
CITB or City & Guilds Safe Handling of Refrigerants qualification.
Full commercial gas qualifications
Certified Industrial Boiler operative
