Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, my client are seeking a Supplier Development Specialist that is capable of continually developing and improving relationships across the Supply Chain through working closely with both internal & external stakeholders.

This position requires someone with prior Supplier Development experience and ideally from within an aerospace, automotive or heaving engineering environment.

Aspects such as best practice, benchmarking, supplier performance analysis and change implementation will be crucial. It is also important that you are familiar ensuring the work you do is in line with company practices and standards.
