An excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service Manager to join a well respected, privately owned manufacturing company based within Worcestershire. The main duties of the role will be to ensure that the company meets client expectations in line with SLA’s.

Working underneath the Service Director, the role will be responsible for the continuous improvement, quality and processes of the Service centre.

Main Duties:

• Full ownership of all service requests and customer communications
• Directly contribute to the success and direction of the company
• Drive team to meet KPI’s/Goals and Objectives
• Management of complex customer queries and provide analysis
• Attend service reviews and provide performance reports in line with agreed SLA’S
• Manage third party suppliers
• To improve communication lines with clients through proactive measures
• Support the service desk day to day activities
• Management of shift rotas

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience within a similar service management position
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Previous experience within man management ideally within the manufacturing industry

This role is based within Worcestershire and may be commutable from Birmingham, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas
