An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of telesales and appointment generating executives. The role is based on a 25 hour week over 5 days (Monday to Friday).

The role:

You will be required to follow up enquires as well as make outbound calls and working with an existing database.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a clear and concise telephone manner
• Have the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Be persuasive
• Have the ability to empathise
• Have a patient and understanding nature.

Whilst the role does not necessarily require previous cold calling experience, you must be comfortable working within a call centre environment making continuous outbound calls. Coaching will be provided to the right candidates.

The role is based in Solihull which is commutable from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Warwick, Leamington, Birmingham, some areas of Coventry and surrounding areas.
