The Role

The Powertrain Design Engineer will be utilise their Pro Engineer CAD skills to design and develop various components to ensure reliability and performance are at the highest possible levels. The Design Engineer will create scheme / layout drawings, perform packaging tasks, organise testing and write up engineering reports. The successful candidate will also complete tolerance stacks and basic hand calculations from stress and other vital measures.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this application candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they possess the following skills attributes and experiences:

- Excellent Powertrain experience
- Well versed in Pro Engineer (ProE)
- Automotive / Yellow Goods experience
- Surface Modelling experience
- Creation of scheme / layout drawings.
- Performing of packaging tasks.
