NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
£25 - £40k BASIC SALARY PLUS COMMISSION, BONUS, CAR ALLOWANCE

The Company:
A successful company offering creative, bespoke solutions to leading, national pub chains via the wholesale channel have an opportunity for a confident, experienced National Account Manager to develop existing and new accounts.
The Role:
As National Account Manager, you will enjoy a varied role encompassing all aspects of business development, agreeing and achieving annual and cyclical sales budgets for the group and individual accounts. You will be proactive in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, using well developed sales ability to build successful client relationships. The role also involves managing associated terms, marketing and promotional budgets, providing sales reports and analyses, managing distributor stocks throughout the sales and delivery cycles. In addition, as National Account Manager, you will liaise with accounts to resolve overdue accounts together with internal departments in relation to product development, production, distribution and accounts.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to apply for this position, you will be a National or Regional Account Manager, Regional or Field Sales Manager looking to join a successful company operating within the Food Sector. You will have a track record of managing the whole sales process, building and developing accounts. You will have an understanding of the food, catering or brewery industry, have excellent presentation, negotiation skills with well developed financial awareness. This is a national sales role and as such you will have a full driving licence.
The Benefits:
The company offer a highly competitive basic salary plus sales commission, bonus and £5,000 car allowance or fully financed car. In addition, there are 20 days holiday plus stats, lap-top, mobile phone etc.
The position is a National role but will have a Head Office base in Worcestershire easily commutable from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Birmingham and other areas within the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
