The Company
A highly successful, market leading, secure print solutions company is looking to expand its already established team of telesales consultants.

The Role
The position of Telesales Executive will involve calling through an established client database in order to launch a new product from the company. The aim will be to either close the sale on the phone or to arrange an appointment for a Field Sales Executive to visit the client directly. Due to the nature of the role, a minimum of 18 months in a previous telephone based role is essential, as is a proven track record in a sales/telesales position. Product knowledge isn`t required as full training will be provided.

The Person
The successful candidate will be part of a team that has established themselves as true market leaders and therefore, will need to be highly focused, self motivated and eager to succeed. You will also need to be comfortable talking to all manner of clients : all the way up to director level.

The Benefits
The position carries a basic salary of £14,000.00pa to £17,000.00pa + commission, however, this is a temp to perm role and as a result, payment will be in form of an hourly rate initially (£7.17ph to £8.71ph + holiday pay). This will be calculated inline with annual salary provided to each employee. Any commission earned during the temporary period will be paid in a lump sum once the employee becomes a permanent member of staff (approx after 3 months).
