My sole focus is to support permanent and contract recruitment within the UK manufacturing industry.

 

Since leaving school I’ve had an interest in engineering which led me to pursue automotive engineering at college followed by an apprenticeship with a leading automotive manufacturer shortly after. This is where I learnt the importance of having the right people in the right positions which is why I am so passionate about what I do.

 

I tend to think of the roles that I work as a project, doing the bare minimum isn’t enough to get a good result. Using all the resources available and having a consultative approach with both clients and candidates is the best way to approach roles which is why working with ASC is a great fit for the way I work. 

I play golf a few times a week and go to the gym as often as I can.

I spent 3 weeks travelling around Italy which was incredible – the food was amazing.
