As Client Development Manager at ASC Connections, I specialise in building long-term partnerships with manufacturing and engineering businesses across the UK, supporting permanent and interim recruitment across Quality, Continuous Improvement, HSE and Engineering.
With over a decade of experience in manufacturing recruitment, I understand that every business has different challenges, hiring priorities and company cultures. I believe the best recruitment partnerships are built by taking the time to understand how a business operates, whether that's visiting clients on-site, learning about their manufacturing processes or discussing their future growth plans.
Rather than simply filling vacancies, I work closely with clients to provide honest market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice, helping them attract and retain the right people for the long term. My aim is to build trusted relationships and deliver a professional, personable and consultative service that adds value beyond each individual hire.
Before recruitment...
I spent five seasons in Ibiza, initially selling club tickets for one of the island's largest ticket outlets before progressing into recruiting, training and managing sales teams for some of the world's biggest nightclubs. It was a fast-paced environment that taught me the importance of building relationships, leading people and delivering exceptional customer service.
Outside of work...
I enjoy enduro riding in Wales and France, watching motorsport and other high-octane sports, attending live music events (especially Glastonbury!) and spending quality time with family and friends.
