Electronics Engineer responsibilities include –
- Developing and optimising manufacturing processes from concept to production.
- Assessing production processes, collecting data, and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Designing, testing, and upgrading mechanical and automated systems, including batch operations.
- Leading the introduction and commissioning of new equipment on site.
- Creating clear documentation, SOPs, and process control plans.
- Implementing and maintaining 5S and other lean methodologies across production areas.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues.
- Supporting NPI and design activities with process data and operational feedback.
Electronics Engineer desirable skills and experience –
- Experience in a similar role: Electronics Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or Production Engineer.
- Proven background in process optimisation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven analysis.
- Exposure to PCB, electronics, chemical handling, or automotive manufacturing.
