A well-established company in the Rubery area are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work for a highly reputable business.
Your responsibilities as Administrator will include –
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and the wider team.
- Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage project documentation.
- Maintain and update the in-house database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate installation dates and liaise with clients and suppliers to streamline processes.
- Monitor and action tasks via the shared admin email system
- Handle general office administration while prioritising multiple tasks effectively.
Ideally you will have the following skills & experience –
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience
- Excellent IT skills including using CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
On offer for this Administrator role –
- Temp-to-perm role starting immediately
- Monday – Friday office-based hours (4:30pm finish)
- Paying £25-27,500p/a
