We are working with a growing, international organisation that is expanding its UK commercial team and looking to appoint a high-performing Business Development Manager to cover the South of England. This is a field-based, new business role where you ’ ll have the autonomy to build and develop your territory, supported by warm leads, strong internal infrastructure, and leading sales tools.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your region. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Conducting regular face-to-face client meetings
- Developing tailored proposals and negotiating commercial agreements
- Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Tracking activity, pipeline, and performance against targets
This is a 100% new business role — ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales / business development with a t rack record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
