A Counterbalance FLT Driver is required for a large manufacturing company based in the Tipton area that focuses on manufacturing cables and renewable energy . It ’ s a very clean, new facility, and a great working environment.
As a counterbalance FLT driver, you will be responsible for moving stock around the workplace, as well as loading / unloading stock onto machinery, including cable pulling machines . A lot of your time will be spent doing manual jobs, away from the FLT.
You will be responsible for and your duties will include;
- C ounterbalance FLT driver
- Order picking
- Manually h andling cables and other stock
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Loading and unloading vehicles for dispatch
For this role you will need an in-date counterbalance FLT licence - if you also have a flexi / bendi licence you can start on a higher rate.
You will be working a permanent day shift;
- Working - 8 : 0 0am – 4:45 pm / 3 :30 pm finish on Fridays (4 0 hours per week)
- Paying - £13.50 per hour
This Counterbalance FLT Driver role is a temp-to-perm position with a probationary period through the agency. They are looking for permanent members of staff for the long term.
