Responsibilities of a Field Sales Engineer:
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Providing technical sales support and tooling solutions
- Conducting technical presentations and customer visits
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Working closely with internal engineering and sales teams
- Delivering post-sales technical support and account management
The Ideal Field Sales Engineer:
- Sales experience within the cutting tool industry
- Proven background in technical sales
- Strong understanding of machining environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
