General Operative role - Redditch

Due to continuous company growth, ASC Connections are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment company in Redditch. This role would suit someone who is hands on, previously from a production or manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• Flexibility is essential, including working different shifts and weekends when required
• Overtime available
• Temporary to Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out loading and filling duties within production
• Following detailed written instructions and processes
• Carrying out basic calculations as part of daily tasks
• Handling materials and products
• Supporting general production and warehouse activities
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Good English and Maths skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and carry out calculations accurately
• Physically fit and able to undertake continuous lifting
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible approach to working hours and shifts

Desirable:

• FLT licence (not essential – training will be provided after successful probation)
