An award-winning, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility supplying products to the retail and consumer markets is looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join its production team.

Working alongside a team of 2–3 Setters, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe set-up of injection moulding machines, including tool changes, condition setting and process optimisation.
As an Injection Moulding Setter, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting injection moulding machines from scratch and achieving optimum operating conditions.
- Carrying out mould and tool changes efficiently and safely.
- Setting and operating 3-axis robots.
- Carrying out quality checks and making adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Fault finding and resolving moulding, machine and production issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining efficient machine performance throughout production runs.
To be successful in this Injection Moulding Setter position, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience working as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.
- Strong experience in tool changing, machine setting and process/condition setting.
- Good knowledge of injection moulding machinery, mould tools, materials and ancillary equipment.
- A good understanding of injection moulding processes and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
