A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of consumer products is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee operations across three sites, managing inventory, fleet, and warehouse activities. Sitting within the Senior Leadership Team, the Logistics Manager will lead and motivate a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations. You’ll be responsible for budget control, stock accuracy, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with H&S and company policies, while continuously driving process improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing logistics and warehouse team across multiple sites.
- Manage inventory, vehicle fleets, and warehouse operations to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels.
