Machine Operator
Location: Worcester
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Peak Season(October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at enhanced rates
Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable days-based role with plenty of overtime and the opportunity to work on premium, bespoke products?
The Role
- Operating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.
- Loading materials and monitoring machine performance.
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.
- Reading and following production drawings and job sheets.
- Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
The Candidate
To be successful you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
- A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
