What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced CNC machines
- Installing and commissioning new machines
- Delivering on-site customer training
- Acting as a key technical liaison between customers and the factory for product improvement and feedback
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
- 4+ years experience as a field service engineer in CNC machinery (ideally machine tools or metal-forming equipment)
- Expertise across CNC control systems (preferably Siemens)
- Minimum HND qualification or time-served apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline
Desirable:
- Degree-level education
- In-depth application knowledge of laser cutting for metals
- CAD/CAM understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
