A leading precision medical engineering company in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team. This full-time, permanent role offers a great opportunity to work in a well-established manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

***Up to £38,000, Days + Bonus (up to 15%) + Pension (up to 8% employer contribution) + Private medical + Life Assurance + 58 days annual leave***

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems and machinery including presses, conveyors, packaging machinery and grinders
  • Diagnose faults and minimise downtime
  • Install and support upgrades to electrical equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and wiring regs
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams

Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in industrial/machine maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and technical skills
