Maintenance Engineer key responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and ongoing servicing of machinery on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve faults as needed.
- Basic welding and fabrication (these skills can be further developed)
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
- React promptly to any machine breakdowns, solving problems efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
Maintenance Engineer desired skills and experience:
- Proven experience within heavy engineering manufacturing environments.
- Flexibility with overtime needs
- Relevant manufacturing/engineering qualifications
