Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Paint Prepper for our client based in Pershore.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Your duties are a Paint Prepper/Finisher will include:
- Preparation of fibreglass, aluminium and metal components before spray painting
- Rubbing down, sanding, masking and cleaning parts to required standards
- Supporting the paint refinishing department with general tasks
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
- Working to quality and production targets
To be successful in the role of Paint Prepper/Finisher you will need:
- Previous experience in paint preparation or similar finishing environment
- Spray paint experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30
- Friday 07:00-12:00
Pay:
- £14-£15 per hour
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
