Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for experienced powder coaters for a busy manufacturing company in Redditch.
As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for the preparation and coating of various metal components, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish that meets both client and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, etc.)
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
- Inspect finished items for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Carry out minor maintenance of powder coating equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 07:00am-15:00pm
- £13.50-£15.50 per hour
