A Production Operative / Machine Operator is required to join a manufacturing company in the Aldridge area of Walsall on a day shift pattern. The company manufacture dies and tooling for the printing industry.
Your duties and responsibilities as a production operative will include;
- Operating a CNC milling machine
- Putting dies into the machinery
- Cleaning, drying and loading components into a jig
- Entering data into the in-house computer system
- Working in other departments as cover – testing, shipping, etc.
Ideally you will have previous experience operating milling machinery – this will be beneficial to your application, no setting experience required!
The hours / pay rates for this Production Operative role will be slightly negotiable;
- Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Paying £13.00 – £13.50
- Temp to perm
