This company, renowned for delivering top-tier solutions to a diverse international client base, is looking for a Quality Engineer to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing their Quality Management System across the full product lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and valued customers to ensure products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, supporting validation processes, and leading change management initiatives.

As a Quality Engineer your duties will include:

  • Serve as the primary Quality Assurance contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support validation and verification activities, ensuring timely execution and using outcomes to define in-process inspection criteria (sample size, frequency, etc.)
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of product Technical Files
  • Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System and associated processes.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives during both product development and production phases.
  • Drive change management activities while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.

For the role of Quality Engineer, we are looking for:

  • Experience within a regulated industry (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Medical)
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with Quality Tools and Techniques such as FMEA, RCA, CAPA, 8D, APQP, 5 Whys, MSA, and Statistical Analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Product Technical Files and CE/UKCA marking.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
