A rapidly growing OEM of capital equipment is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of its spare parts function and drive commercial performance.
The Role of Sales Manager
You’ll lead a team of 4, owning the sales strategy, pricing, margin optimisation and customer relationships. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic influence, driving spare parts sales across advanced material machinery.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a growth-focused sales strategy
- Lead pricing, margin and product portfolio optimisation
- Conduct price reviews
- Drive spare parts sales to new and existing customers
- Manage back-office operations, order processing and service delivery
- Build customer relationships, including occasional site visits
About You
- Experience in sales management or spare parts/back-office leadership (OEM, machinery, consumables or capital equipment)
- Strong commercial acumen with markup vs. margin expertise
- Experience in pricing and commercial optimisation
- Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
