About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Office Administrator to oversee and administer all sales-related activities within our busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal role that manages the internal sales function ensuring smooth coordination between customer service, sales, and administration departments.

You will act as the main point of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. While this role does not currently involve direct team management, there is strong potential for growth, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team in the mid to long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all sales processes and documentation
  • Support customer service, sales, and admin teams with day-to-day operations
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming sales enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses to customer queries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfilment
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales office efficiency and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or office management role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of the sales function
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
