A versatile operations professional with a passion for sales and team leadership is sought to join a well-established UK manufacturing business. They are on the lookout for a Sales Office Manager to join their growing organisation.

About the Role of Sales Office Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role is designed to streamline operations and support the MD in focusing on strategic growth. You’ll act as a key liaison between leadership and the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales performance.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that blends operations management with sales leadership. You’ll oversee a small internal sales team and coordinate with various departments to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Office Manager

  • Draft and format internal documents, slide decks, and formal communications
  • Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of digital records and workflow tools
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to drive performance targets
  • Act as a point of contact for external partners to uphold service standards
  • Maintain and revise commercial data, including pricing structures
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination, workspace logistics, and event logistics
