About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service and Warranty Manager for one of our clients based in Redditch. This role is responsible for overseeing product returns, repairs, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to investigate faults, manage service workflows, and maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness.
As a Service and Warranty Manager, your duties will include:
- Lead and support a small team handling service and warranty-related tasks
- Coordinate technical support and product assessments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service outcomes
- Monitor and report on service performance and trends
To be successful in the role of Service and Warranty Manager, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a service or warranty management role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with fault-finding tools and soldering (advantageous)
