A Stock Controller / FLT Driver is required to join a manufacturing company based in Tipton that specialises in bespoke, modern light fixtures, fittings and other ornamental products.
The current set-up onsite is comprised of a small close-knit team, and you will be responsible for managing the stock levels, receiving goods, booking stock in, picking / packing and more. Experience within a previous stores / stock controlling role and experience driving counterbalance FLTs is key (in-date licence is beneficial but NOT required).
Duties will include;
- Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
- Picking, packing, and preparing outgoing deliveries for dispatch
- Maintaining accurate stock records using internal systems
- Driving FLTs to safely move stock in the warehouse (FLT training provided if required)
- Supporting other general warehousing duties when required
This position is on a temp-to-perm basis, working a permanent day shift;
- Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm (40 hours)
- Pay negotiable, £12.21 - £13.51 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Temp to perm
