A Technical Customer Service Advisor is required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for delivering effective account management and providing technical drawing support.
As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating technical drawings using CAD software
- Managing customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Following up on quotations to support conversion and maintain pipeline visibility
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:
- Working knowledge of CAD software
- Previous experience in technical account management
- Background in manufacturing or engineering industries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
What’s on offer:
- Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays)
- Salary from £30-38,000p/a dependent on experience
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
