Turret Punch Press Operator
£14+ per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist metal fabrication business based near Aston for a Turret Punch Press Operator working an afternoon shift of Monday-Friday 2pm – 10pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting Turret Punch Press machinery to manufacture sheet metal components
- Loading and unloading materials and ensuring machines are running efficiently
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications
- Supporting general production, material handling and shop floor activities as required
- Using a counterbalance forklift truck to move stock safely around the site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating Turret Punch Press machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Experience handling sheet metal products and working to production targets
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence would be highly advantageous
On Offer:
